Snickerdoodles


1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt

*Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and fold into batter. 
*Cover and chill dough in fridge for 15 minutes.
*Roll dough into 1 inch balls & Roll in 1 TBSP. cinnamon and 1/2 CUP sugar.
*Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
